What packages do you offer?

We offer three levels of care so you can choose the package that best suits your dog and your budget:

🥉 Bronze – Basic
Day Care: £30 per day
Overnight Boarding: £40 per night

🥈 Silver – Enhanced
Day Care: £30 per day
Overnight Boarding: £50 per night

🥇 Gold – Luxury
Day Care: £30 per day
Overnight Boarding: £60 per night

Our Gold overnight package also includes a bath & brush before your dog returns home.

We Also Offer day care for one day / half a day subject to availability. £30 full day Half day is £18

Please Note: Boarding costs during the holiday periods of Easter, Summer, October, and Christmas are higher due to increased demand during these peak times.

If you book individually and book  the luxury package no extra costs will be incurred for the holidays mentioned. 

If you have a nervous dog that requires extra support please contact us to discuss so we can do a plan for your dogs saty. 

What happens during day care?

Dogs can enjoy supervised play, socialisation, exercise, outdoor garden time, rest periods and plenty of attention throughout their stay.

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment where dogs can feel at home.

Do you provide overnight boarding?

Yes. Your dog can stay with us overnight, with different levels of care available through our Bronze, Silver and Gold packages.

Do I need to provide my dog's food?

Yes, we recommend bringing your dog's normal food. Keeping their usual diet can help avoid an upset stomach and makes their stay more familiar.

Please let us know about any allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements.

Will my dog have access to an outdoor area?

Yes. Dogs have access to a secure outdoor garden area for exercise, play and toilet breaks.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

Dogs attending day care or boarding must meet our vaccination and health requirements. We will explain exactly what documentation is required before your dog's first stay.

What if my dog doesn't get along with other dogs?

Every dog's temperament and individual needs are important to us. We will discuss your dog's behaviour, socialisation and previous experiences before accepting them into day care or boarding.

Not every dog enjoys group environments, so safety and your dog's welfare always come first.

Can nervous dogs stay with you?

Please talk to us about your dog before booking. We understand that some dogs need more time, reassurance and individual attention to settle into a new environment.

Our Silver and Gold packages may be particularly suitable for dogs that benefit from additional attention.

Will I receive updates while my dog is staying?

Updates depend on the package selected.

Our enhanced packages can include photo updates, while our Gold Luxury package offers more comprehensive updates so you can see how your dog is getting on.

What is included with the Gold Luxury package?

Our Gold Luxury overnight experience is designed for owners wanting that little bit extra.

It can include:

• Luxury bedding and comfort

• Enrichment activities and games

• Extra one-to-one attention and cuddles

• Photo/video updates

• Treats

• Bath & brush before your dog returns home

Your dog can come home happy, comfortable and freshened up after their stay.

What should I bring for overnight boarding?

We will provide you with a full checklist before your dog's stay. Typically, you should bring your dog's normal food, any required medication and anything else we have agreed will help them feel comfortable.

Can you administer medication?

Please tell us about any medication before booking. We will discuss your dog's requirements with you and confirm whether we can safely accommodate them.

Can I book day care regularly?

Yes. Regular day care can be a great option for owners who work, have commitments or simply want their dog to enjoy additional exercise, company and enrichment.

Regular places are subject to availability.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends, school holidays and popular holiday periods, as boarding spaces are limited.
